The Oliviero industry borns at the beginning of the 20th century, when their ancestors maxing use of Irpinia's natural products, started the nougat production.

Today nougat, widespread at first by country feats, represent the main product in the Irpinia confectionary tradition.

The Oliviero has created a varions range of products to content all the tastes of customers: crumbly nougats, soft nougats, almond brittle, chocolate eggs(Easter eggs) in various tastes, marrons glaces, chocolate covered hazelnuts and almonds.
