Today, in a state-of-the-art factory for production technology, quality of finished products and food safety, made in Monteforte Irpino for logistical reasons of supply and distribution, is still combined to the ancient passion of the factory’s beginnings. In addition to the crumbly or soft nougat in all the possible nuances of taste, we manufacture products that ranges from chocolate dragées to coated crunchies, from Easter eggs to marrons glacés, from cereal bars to chocolate, from organic to gluten free, everything with a common denominator: quality, first choice materials and food safety. The amazement of a child in opening a chocolate egg or the warm emotion of a piece of nougat on the Christmas table repay us for all our efforts and push us to move forward with one foot in the tradition and the other in research and technology.

The need for expansion and penetration into the European market and beyond, the need for higher quality standards, the need to demonstrate the high level of food safety achieved led the company to adopt the most important European certifications: ISO 9001: 2008, BRC and IFS.
Recently the quality system has been completed and integrated with the certification for organic products and adherence to the UTZ Sustainable Cocoa certification whose purpose is the development of cocoa production in harmony with the living conditions of workers and their families.
